DOPE is about YOU! In a time where everybody is busy, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a challenge. DOPE Personal Training will work around your schedule; early in the morning to start off your day, in the afternoon when the kids are at school or in the evenings after work. It doesn't matter, DOPE WILL ACCOMODATE YOU and make it easy for you to stay fit.
We offer exclusive, private 1 on 1 Personal Training and Pilates sessions.

ABOUT ME
Hello ,
my name is Ecem. I am the owner and fitness and Pilates trainer of Dope. But most importantly a wife and a mom with a wonderful family. I understand the struggle of balancing kids, a job, cooking, washing and a lean figure.
I am a goal-setting woman who can’t imagine a world without oysters and champagne (combined, preferably). Trust me, I believe in a life of physical well being and mental calmness in balance with some good Italian food and a fine glass of wine. Physical fitness is not about denying yourself things, it is about balancing your life with the right amount of exercise.
My fitness journey began when at the age of 8 as a long distance runner. Later on, this interest led me to many sports and these endeavours became a passion soon. I discovered that fitness and health-awareness creates a happiness centred lifestyle for a woman. Since over a decade now, I have been transforming other lives, teaching women what their bodies are capable of and what their minds can achieve.
My ultimate goal is to help you reach a happy, healthy lifestyle that will minimise future health related issues in the long term and that bikini body in the short term.
